§1What it does

NeverApply is a hosted MCP server (Streamable HTTP) that connects an assistant to your NeverApply account. Read access covers job search, matches, your profile and application history. Write access lets it update your profile, upload a resume, save answers, tailor resumes and prepare interview drafts. Apply access lets it submit applications, which NeverApply says needs credits and your explicit approval of each job. Sign-in is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and you choose which permissions to grant; access can be revoked in Settings, Connected AI clients. Resume tailoring and interview preparation require a paid plan.

§2bWhen you disconnect

  1. Removed locallyClear the sign-in or remove the server in your MCP client (for example claude mcp logout or claude mcp remove in Claude Code, or log out of the server in Cursor). This only deletes the client's copy of the tokens.
  2. Authorization revokedFind NeverApply's connected-apps / authorized applications page and revoke the grant there. We haven't found an official page for it yet. This is what stops the refresh token; clearing the client alone is not enough.

Why both steps: OAuth token refresh in the security checklist.

§3Prompts to try

  1. “Find remote product manager jobs in Germany that fit me.”
  2. “What applications are waiting for me?”
